Brea Grant is an American actress and writer, born on October 16, 1981, in Marshall, Texas. She is best known for her roles in popular television shows and movies. Grant began her career in the entertainment industry as a writer, penning an episode for the television series Heroes in 2008. That same year, she made her acting debut in the hit series Friday Night Lights, playing the role of Jean Binnel. She quickly gained recognition for her performance and went on to land roles in other well-known TV shows such as Dexter, Halloween II, and Friday Night Dinner. Aside from her television work, Grant has also made appearances in independent films such as Best Friends Forever and A Ghost Story.
