Dan Balan is a Moldovan singer, songwriter, and producer, best known for being one of the founding members of the pop music group O-Zone. Born on February 6, 1979, in Chi?inau, Moldova, Balan developed a passion for music from a young age. He began his musical journey by learning to play the piano and guitar, showcasing his talent and dedication to his craft. In 1999, Balan, along with his friends Arsenie Todira? and Radu Sirbu, formed O-Zone. The group achieved worldwide fame with their catchy and infectious single Dragostea Din Tei in 2003. After the disbandment of O-Zone, Balan embarked on a successful solo career. He released his debut album Crazy Loop in 2008, which featured the hit singles Crazy Loop (Mm-ma-ma) and Chica Bomb.
