Dave Franco is an American actor, director, and screenwriter who has gained significant recognition for his prominent roles in both film and television. He first gained widespread attention for his portrayal of Cole Aaronson in the television series Scrubs and later garnered critical acclaim for his role as Eric Molson in the hit comedy film Superbad. Born on June 12, 1985, in Palo Alto, California, Franco comes from a family deeply rooted in the entertainment industry. He is the younger brother of well-known actor James Franco, which may have influenced his decision to pursue a career in acting.
