Ed Westwick is an English actor and musician, best known for his role as Chuck Bass on the hit TV series Gossip Girl. He was born on June 27, 1987, in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England. Westwick developed an interest in acting from a young age and attended the National Youth Theatre in London. In 2006, Westwick made his on-screen debut in the film Children of Men and gained recognition for his role as a troubled teenager, Alex, in the drama series Afterlife.
