Gabriella Wilde, originally named Gabriella Zanna Vanessa Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, is an English model and actress. She was born on April 8, 1989, in Basingstoke, Hampshire, England. Wilde comes from an aristocratic background, as her father is businessman John Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe, and her mother is former model Vanessa Hubbard. She has a younger sister named Octavia. At a young age, Wilde developed a passion for acting and decided to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She attended Heathfield School, an all-girls boarding school in Ascot, where she completed her education. In 2005, Wilde started her modeling career, signing with the agency Select Model Management. She quickly gained recognition and worked with various renowned brands and designers, including Abercrombie & Fitch and Lacoste. However, acting remained her true passion. Wilde made her acting debut in 2009 with a small role in the television film Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars. She then landed her breakout role as Constance Bonacieux in Paul W.S. Anderson’s 2011 film adaptation of The Three Musketeers. Her performance garnered positive reviews and opened doors for further opportunities.
