Georgie Henley is an English actress, best known for her role as Lucy Pevensie in the beloved film series, The Chronicles of Narnia. She was born on July 9, 1995, in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, England. Henley developed a passion for acting at a young age and began her acting career with the lead role in her school’s production of Babushka. In 2005, at the age of ten, Henley was cast as Lucy Pevensie in the fantasy film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, which was based on the popular novels by C.S. Lewis. Her portrayal of the curious and brave Lucy earned her critical acclaim and international recognition. She continued to reprise her role in the sequels Prince Caspian (2008) and The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (2010), solidifying her status as one of the leading young actresses in the industry.
