Geri Halliwell is an English singer, songwriter, author, and actress, best known as one of the members of the internationally acclaimed girl group, the Spice Girls. She was born on August 6, 1972, in Watford, Hertfordshire, England. Halliwell rose to fame in the mid-1990s as Ginger Spice, one of the five members of the Spice Girls.
