Jensen Ackles is an American actor and director, best known for his role as Dean Winchester in the hit television series Supernatural. He was born on March 1, 1978, in Dallas, Texas. From a young age, Ackles showed a keen interest in performing arts. He started his career as a child model and appeared in various commercials and print advertisements. His childhood passion led him to pursue acting, and he made his television debut in the soap opera Days of Our Lives in 1997. However, Ackles rose to prominence when he landed the role of Dean Winchester in Supernatural in 2005. The show ran for an incredible 15 seasons, making it one of the longest-running sci-fi series in television history. Ackles’ portrayal of Dean, a demon-hunting character with a sarcastic sense of humor, endeared him to millions of fans worldwide. Apart from his successful television career, Ackles has also appeared in several films, including My Bloody Valentine 3D and Ten Inch Hero.
