Naya Rivera was an American actress, singer, and model, best known for her role as Santana Lopez on the popular television series Glee. Born on January 12, 1987, in Valencia, California, she began her career in showbiz at a young age, appearing in various commercials before landing her first acting gig on the sitcom The Royal Family at the age of four. Rivera’s breakthrough came in 2009 when she was cast as Santana Lopez in Glee, where her portrayal of the feisty, sassy cheerleader with a secret vulnerability captivated audiences around the world. Her incredible singing and dancing skills were showcased on the show, leading to recognitions and awards for her outstanding performances.
