Oleg Yankovsky was a renowned Russian actor who left an indelible mark on the world of cinema and theater. He was born on February 23, 1944, in Jezkazgan, Kazakhstan, in the Soviet Union. Growing up, Yankovsky showed a natural talent for acting and graduated from the Moscow Art Theatre School in 1965. Yankovsky started his acting career at the prestigious Vakhtangov Theatre, where he quickly gained recognition for his exceptional performances.
