Biography
One Night Only is a British indie rock band that was formed in Helmsley, North Yorkshire, in 2003. The band consists of George Craig (lead vocals and rhythm guitar), Mark Hayton (lead guitar and backing vocals), Daniel Parkin (bass guitar and backing vocals), Jack Sails (drums), and Joe Hollingworth (keyboards and backing vocals). The band gained recognition with their debut single You and Me, which was released in 2007 and received widespread acclaim. This success led to them signing with Vertigo Records and releasing their debut album, Started a Fire in 2008. The album achieved a moderate level of commercial success, reaching number nine on the UK Albums Chart. One Night Only continued to release music throughout the following years, with the albums One Night Only (2010), Where the Sleepless Go (2015), and Take Me Back (2019). Their music is characterized by catchy melodies, energetic guitar-driven sound, and George Craig’s distinctive vocals.
