Pamela Anderson is a Canadian-American actress, model, and animal rights activist. She was born on July 1, 1967, in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada. Anderson gained popularity in the 1990s for her role as C.J. Parker in the television series Baywatch, which made her an international sex symbol and catapulted her to worldwide fame. Before her acting career took off, Anderson started as a fitness instructor in Vancouver.
