Penn Badgley is an American actor, singer, and musician, best known for his role as Dan Humphrey in the popular television series Gossip Girl. He was born on November 1, 1986, in Baltimore, Maryland. Badgley grew up in Richmond, Virginia, where he discovered his passion for acting at a young age. At just 11 years old, he began his career with a role in the 1999 film Willow’s Way.
