Priyanka Chopra is an Indian actress, singer, and film producer. She was born on July 18, 1982, in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. Chopra’s parents were both physicians in the Indian Army, which meant she moved frequently as a child, living in different cities within India. Chopra’s interest in performing arts developed at a young age, and she began participating in local theater productions. She won the Miss World title in 2000, which opened doors for her in the entertainment industry. Soon after, she made her Bollywood debut with the film The Hero: Love Story of a Spy in 2003.
